I booked the room through Hotels. Com .
I gave my credit card information.
I got confirmation for my room.
I got directions to the hotel.
And after driving all day, i arrived at the hotel..
I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes while she was helping current guests..then it was my turn.
The usual , i booked through Hotels dot com,
Name, she says I have you right here..started processing my 2 night stay. After I signed the
Policy agreement and said I would use my credit card to pay...I handed it to her and she said, before I run your credit card, I should tell
You, all of our a/c systems are not working..
I said, I will find another place to stay....
When I arrived at the nest hotel and mentioned the hotel and a/c problem...she laughed and said its been like that for months...
I'm upset Hotels.com had not heard about the
A/c problem or choose not to say anything.
