What a disappointing experience staying at this resort. Truly still waiting to receive a refund, experienced discrimination, bullying, name calling, harassment and it was just the worst. Only highlight was the main concierge lady, a Colombian older woman with a tattoo- she was the sweetest.

Timeshares and could be cleaner

This was a pleasant stay. The room was fine, not entirely clean - the baseboards had not been wiped down, and I doubt the square Sandcastle yellow pillows had been washed, ever? I was surprised that there was construction and renovation happening, and learned that a number of the units are timeshares, so that was unexpected. The indoor pool was wonderful, and access to the beach very convenient.

Worn out and overpriced

The property is old and now very well maintained. As others have pointed out, the furniture is quite worn out and certainly could use a deep clean. Location-wise, unless you're willing to drive, bike or take an Uber everywhere, don't stay here because it's quite remote from the Ptown center and there aren't even sidewalks. The staff was very nice, though.

Great Staff!

It was a mixed bag. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful, especially when I nearly lost my passport, and they deserve praise, and my room was clean. However, considering the lack of food amenities in their part of Provincetown, their food place should have longer hours and accept credit cards. Other than that, no complaints

Nice Location with some caveats.

First the positives. The location is great. Bus stop in front brings you into PTown for free. Pools are good too. The jacuzzi recently was reopened after a few years being down. Now the not so positives The property is pretty run down and the beds were not comfortable at all. Pillows were a joke and the carpet smelled. The building construction allows sound to pass through it easily.

The property didn't have elevators to go to the third floor(where our room was). It was not mentioned on the Hotels.com website while booking. It was also not mentioned that one of the buildings didn't have AC. It was really hot inside the rooms and the wall mounted table fan in each room wasn't sufficient in the hot and humid weather.

Not as advertised but ok

The website said all rooms had ac. Ours had a wall fan. Our room was suppose to have a balcony with pool view. Had neither. Made it look like we had a beach outside of our hotel. Nope. They did move us to a room with AC after wanting a refund.

Horrible pullout couch bed

Our stay was great except for the fact that the pullout couch bed was horribly uncomfortable and the couch itself sagged, so there was not any really comfortable place for sitting (I had to put a pillow under one buttock to even out the sagging couch). The tiny coffee pot always got coffee grounds all over. But the marvelous, cool ocean breeze made up for everything.

Good location/ lack of air conditioning.

Our stay was very relaxing and having access to an inside pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and a private beach was great. The only downside to this hotel is the lack of air conditioning. The first night was so hot that I could barely sleep even with the fan that is provided and even if you leave the balcony door open for a breeze, the doors make a lot of noise when closing and people using the pools and talking is very noisy and will wake you up.

Overall good stay, hotel room was a bit outdated but I have seen way worse and the oceanfront room was certainly worth it with a beautiful view. Only thing which I missed in the property details is there being no AC, which didn’t bother me but it also was not super hot out - I can see the room being uncomfortable in a real hot spell!
