Basic but quiet
Service was nice when checking in Room was standard but warm. Just shower we did not use as the ceiling was black from old mould spots. Tried to wait to see if anyone arrived when checking out but didnt, as wanted to tell them about the drip outside 201 window. Something is leaking and dripping constantly on a chair outside the window. As the windows are the old sash ones their is no noise protection, so heard it all night!

Basic hotel
Room was vasic but had the necessities i needed. Room was spacous and had a large window. Room came with a fan and heater and some toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was confortable too. There were a few things i didnt like. Extractor fan was very loud, windows not double glazed which allowed cold air to come through. Also curtains were blackout but daylight still came out the sides which woke me up. The kettle had water from previous guests which i found unhygenic. Finally the shower presssure and temperature wasnt great either. Warm water only - no hot. Overall an ok hotel. Expected better facilities for the price i paid though.

I did cal the hotell 15times, over several days to Get inn tuch. That no service! When i first get in touch, noe lady told me that de recption desk was close, and then hang on phone. just so small things that no working remote controll, lamp without lamp shade.. and wait for hot water for 20min.. the place need a uppgrade

Meget koldt værelse og virkelig dårlig seng.
Værelset var alt alt for koldt, frysede hele natten. Radiatoren virkede fint, men vinduet var meget gammelt og dårligt isoleret og der kom kold luft ind konstant. Målte temperaturen til 15,5 grader. Derudover var sengen virkelig dårlig, noget af det væreste kvalitet jeg har set nogensinde.

Vi blev tyvärr väldigt besvikna på detta hotell. Visst, vi har inte bokat Hilton, men skicket på hotellet var enligt vår mening mycket dåligt. Det hotellrum vi fick motsvarande inte alls de bilder som finns på annonsen, och inte heller priset. Gamla och slitna möbler, fuktigt, och kallt. Läget är dock mycket bra. Lugnt och nära till det mesta i London. Vi upplevde inte heller att vi blev dåligt bemötta i receptionen.

Light didn’t work in the bathroom or the bed side lights. Lots of dust, flaking paint and springs digging in my back from the bed.

Not a great first impression
We arrived early and asked if I could use the toilet and was told that we only had toilets in the room. I had an accident and was on crutches and asked very politely if I could use the staff ones as I'm to far away from any toilets due to breaking my leg. They still wouldn't let me. I had to knock on hotels down the street and one allowed me to use their staff toilet. I was felt to feel very embarrassed about the situation. The lady even said they were a family run business. Family run businesses usually have more compassion.

Here’s an improved version of the review: The room was extremely small, but the bed was reasonably comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was acceptable. However, there were some glaring issues. The lamps had no bulbs, leaving the room poorly lit, and there was only one hanger available for jackets, which was inconvenient. Our stay was further disrupted by a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, which turned out to be a false alarm. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t explain why it was triggered, and it took a while to resolve the situation. The alarm was extremely loud and made it difficult to get back to sleep, especially since we had an early flight to catch. Overall, while the basic amenities were ok, the lack of attention to detail and the disruption from the alarm left a negative impression.
