I was passing through my home town on my way to do an inspections for one of my companies and called ahead to find out if they had an indoor pool and that is heated as I got close to the area. I was met by a nice checkin clerk who assured me the internet used an eathernet cable for the conference use and wifi for the rest and that yes, the pool is warm and open.
I checked in and met a few of my old friends in the area and when i went back to the hotel, i found the netork was not available except at the front desk and when a new clerk logged me in to the conference side, it lasted untiĺ i got 20 feet away and then no networks or wifi showed up that was related thmo the hotel. Not a huge deal as i had a few hours of work to do and could use a hotspot. Decided to just go find the pool to soak out a few weeks of traveling ... only to find the pool is locked and a sign that the pool is closed. When i asked the desk, they call the manager who called maintainance who just said... eh, i has been closed for a few weeks. I understand the person youbare speaking with is not the cause of these kind of issues, so i stayed polite and asked for the manager. I was handed the phone and was told "oh weĺ, we will comp your parking" which my replybwas.. " I have to pay to park in a open to public, no charger parking lot?". I was jot informed of that at any time. I told her I would not stay and since i had disturbed nothing, i would like a refund. The reply was..." no". I left
