The hotel room is very neat and cozy, and the location of the hotel is very close to King's Cross Station, where you can then easily gain access to other parts of London by public transport. Breakfast that was provided was perfect and it helped me to have a wonderful beginning to the rest of the day.

not so good, bedrooms are not all in the main building. our bedroom was on the other side of the road, also the building does not have lifts( our bedroom was on the 3rd floor), I was travelling with my mother and I feel for older people is not friendly the amount of stairs. our bedroom was extremely small and noisy. The breakfast was ok, although the room is extremely small for the amount of bedrooms the hotel has.

Tiny room but great location
Great location! The room was quite small- we were visiting London as part of a longer international trip so we had one big suitcase and found it almost impossible to open it in the room. Besides that, the staff were kind and the hotel was nice. Easy to walk to Russell Sq station, KingsX, British Museum, Soho etc

Je ne suis pas du genre difficile mais je ne suis pas très satisfait .le pour le petit déjeuner compris et la proximité de la gare Saint pancras .le contre le personnel qui n' est pas du tout multilingue comme la plupart des anglais qui bossent dans le tourisme la suite je vous laisse le soin de juger vous même car j ai des exigences que les autres n ont pas et vice versa et je respecte malgres tout l établissement et son management

Fenêtre mal isolé
La fenêtre côté rue et aussi la porte de la chambre au 3ème laisse passer le courant d’air surtout en hiver c’est insupportable! Sans parler du bruit de claquement causé par le vent. Difficile de trouver le sommeil.
