Good value for money
The Hall Park Hotel is definitely good value for money and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included in my room rate and although a limited menu, it was freshly cooked to order (by the superb Louise) and didn’t disappoint. I would most definitely stay again.

Helpful and friendly staff
Prior to our arrival I had emailed a request to the hotel, Hotels.com said thy would reply, they did not. I had tended to speak to reception on arrival, but nobody there, ring bell for assistance, rang twice still no assistance!! this was only 3pm. We were given room 3, which is fine if you want to be disturbed by the kitchen extractor fan at 6am in the morning and again in the evening while food is being served. Although the bathroom is clean and well presented, it lacked some normal items, a bin, no toilet roll holder, any shelving at all for normal ablution items, and lastly the blinds were missing off the window room window which is where you stand in the shower!! Staff were helpful and friendly, a thumbs up to them all.

Family stay
Our stay was pleasant, we found it a little odd that there was no one around when we checked in. A little unhappy food was not being served in the evening, breakfast however was lovely. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed ! There was a few blinds missing in the room which need to be replaced. Only other feedback, is there was no bin in the bathroom and no toilet brush. Everything else was just right.
