The staffs are very customer-oriented. The hotel is clean. The location is near the swamp tour of Cajun encounter ( 15 min drive). Highly recommend.

We got there an no hot water. We tried to call front desk phone didn’t work. Walked down to front desk clerk lied and said a breaker on hot water heater had flipped off and should have hot water in 30 minutes. 3 hours later no hot water next morning still no hot water. Finally the new lady at front desk said a part on hot water heater had quit working and they were waiting on parts. I know it said pet friendly but room next door had 3 barking dogs who whined and barked most of the night.I will never stay here again . I told the lady the night shift lady could had been honest from sign in and we would have made other plans. The next morning I ask them if we get a discount for no hot water and she said because I prepaid I didn’t. So let me get this right because I prepaid I get penalized?? What a joke

Wouldn't visit again unless they update safety
Room was outdated and looked dirty. Lighting in bathroom was poor. Couldn't get closed captions to work even though I told them I was deaf. Worse part of stay was concern for safety. Back door to hotel is left unlocked. It's a very busy trucking area making it unsafe for guests in rooms. And yes, I asked for help from the front desk.

We've been staying here for the last 10 years when we come to Pearl River & enjoyed our stay until this time. You always changed the breakfast menu. You would have eggs, sausage & biscuits one day then you would change it to eggs, bacon & biscuits with gravy. This time it was only eggs, sausage & biscuits. Our last 2 nights were interrupted by our neighbor yelling & screaming on the phone until after 2am. Finally the last night my husband went to the front desk & they came down & knocked on his door. After several attempts they finally got him to the door. This trip was very disappointing.

They don’t clean up they half ass, this hotel is way to nice , guest laundry horrible separate animals from other rooms that’s nasty , people leave hair all over & it’s not getting cleaned properly very disappointed from desk amazing mildew in bathroom & sheets wasn’t changed from previous guest

I will start with the good: The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was decent and hot. Unfortunately the hotel was very dirty, including the room we stayed in. There was a large wad of hair on the bathroom floor, there was trash in the hallways and the hallway carpet was badly stained. I would not stay there again for this reason.
