Second mistake staying here!
While the hotel cannot control guest behavior, the type of guest this hotel attracts is less than desirable. Guest playing loud music in the common areas of the hotel, next door guests playing TV so loud you could hear it upon exiting the elevator. Front desk did respond to the floor and asked them to turn it down, those guests had a similar complaint the night before. The value for this room is way overpriced and should be considered price gouging for charging over $75 for this location, front side rooms can hear traffic going by on multilane highway. I had a previous bad experience here and didn't realize I made this reservation at same location, which is 100% my mistake.

Not the same anymore…meh!!!!!
Overnight staff was great …friendly and helpful. Room 211 was horrible!! No hand or body soap, light in bathroom was dim because only one bulb worked. Walls were NOT clean at all, different stains on walls we didn’t want to think about. The King size bed was extremely uncomfortable because it sunk in the middle. Doors and shower fixtures were very old and rusted. The pull out couch was old and uncomfortable. The carpet had several soft spots near the window. I must say this particular stay at the Comfort Inn was extremely disappointing because we’ve stayed at this hotel several years ago and had a very pleasant experience. But this time…. This time was just a complete let down.

The breakfast area is not conducive for handicapped people trying to move around the area. Need different variety of food and juice to enjoy! Toilet needed to be scrubbed with a brush good and get the mold out! Shower needs to be convenient to use! Had to hold on to the bars to get the shower head to use and pull the stopper up. Need blinders on both sides of tub to keep the water in. The length of the shower curtain! Channel guide for tv! Sound to low and doorway to bathroom was too close to front door

I am very un happy. I had a reservation here. On Friday. They call me 30 min before I’m there. Tell me there is a problem with my room. They have me another place to stay. Mind u I have stayed here for a month every weekend. They put me in a dump under construction in the middle of nowhere. Tv took 2 hrs to get working. Smelled like weed as soon as I got there. I thought I would get the same accommodations as where I booked. Nope. Please don’t let them put u at the Baymont inn. U will be disappointed.

Two queens because overbooked. 4th floor fine, except directly next to interstate. Carpet felt damp to my feet. Breakfast much better than I had anticipated. Beds comfortable, a little high to climb in if you are old. Pillows small firm and cubical, so glad we brought a couple. TV may have worked, but two remotes didn’t seem to get us anywhere.

My stay was canceled due to no availability. We purchased out stay online and had confirmation. MONEY was taken off my credit card and we got a call no rooms available day of my stay.
