Staff was not present between 1030 pm and 930 am. Rented 2 rooms, both rooms smelled like something had died in the rooms mixed with some cleaners. The first room i walked into had no tv,.1 bed not 2 and no couch in the room just open space with wires hanging out of the wall. Appeared to be bullet holes in the door and behind the door that was just covered in eledtrical tape. Went to room 2 and it had a bed and a couch and tv, fridge etc, a candle or freshner spray was needed. Went to the front desk and got a new room on second floor. There was one bed in the room, a desk chair and a coffee table where couch was suppose to be. No fridge just a mirowave. All morning long listened to other guests telling the people at the end of the hall to get their dog to stop barking as it was barking all night long, not once was it heard the customer trying to quit their dog. Got next to no sleep being short a bed and listening to the dog 4 doors down. I then phoned the manager on his personal phone as that was the number left at the front desk. He informed me to contact my booking app and he would issue a full refund for my unhappy stay. I then contacted hotels.com and they contacted the manager and he stated he was unaware of me being unhappy with my stay. Spent almost an hour and a half on the phone trying to get my refund.
Dont be fooled by the outside looking new and decent, its a very old building. Was not happy i didnt get what i paid for and then the manager lying to my hotels.com
