After a great first day in RMNP, we checked into our lovely room with a stunning mountain view. Online check-in and the entry code were super easy. We had a great night's sleep on the comfortable king size bed.
When we got up the next morning, there was no water! We went in search of someone to help but there is no employee on site. We called the emergency number listed in the email, and waited on hold without ever talking to a person.
We had a timed entry for RMNP, so we left to go to the park. We decided if there was no water when we got back, we would leave and find another place to stay. When we got back to our room, the water was working again, so we decided to stay.
When we got up the second morning, there was no water again!! We checked out.
I requested a refund from Wildwood Inn, but they said that because we booked through Expedia (actually Hotels.com) the hotel was unable to give us a refund. They advised me to contact Expedia. I have been trying, without success, to request a refund from Hotels.com. This has been a disaster!
