Don't stay here!
This was probably the worst hotel experience ever. Finding the entrance was an experience. Can only enter driving from East to West. Sign only visible from East to West. Can only exit heading west. TV did not work and took 1 hours to get someone to look at it and after he left continued to malfunction. Could not get him back as was at end of his shift. This was at shift change and no one on next shift available to fix. Changed rooms at 9:00 PM. Checked in at 3:30 PM. Night manager was helpful. Breakfast was a complete disaster. No napkins or juice cups. Plasticware ran out. Ran out of food (excuse - truck had not brought breakfast supplies.) At checkout I asked for a receipt and the clerk said they did not have the capability to print receipts, and I would receive by email. Really, can print receipts on site nor email receipt from hotel. If not received, I could call them. Who is them? I do not know if I was charged correctly. The worst run facility I have ever visited. None of staff gave a damn but the night clerk. Nothing but excuses. No senior manager on site. Will never stay at this facility again and will pass the word to my many friends who visit Columbus as to the lack of service here.

Great hotel for one night
One night stay be at my son‘s graduation. The hotel appears to be brand new will be inside is very nice. However, the hotel is in a location where you cannot walk to anything there are no restaurants grocery stores close by.

Unclean rooms
Though the hotel is new the rooms were not clean. I received good customer service but unfortunately I was not happy with my stay. I was informed I would get a rate adjustment but did not receive it.

Would stay again!
Our stay was great. Came down from MI for a Military Graduation. Location was close to the base, easy to get in and out. Close to tons of stores and restaurants!
