Not happy
The hotel looks like it being renovated. It took almost 10min before someone came to the front desck to help us. We got to our room and the sheets were not clean and the bathroom had mold. Not a good experience

Terrible.
FIrst off, the person working the desk came from a back room with shorts and no socks or shoes on. The bed was rock hard and actually wasnt even a mattress. The cover and towels had stains on them, and they TRIED to hold our mandatory $100 check in fee stating that we smoked in a non smoking room when we did not. When trying to check out, no one was there and the door was locked 1 hour after they opened. We were told we needed to wait for the maid to come check the room and then the owner went to pick her up and bring her back there. Overall, very unprofessional and uncomfortable setting.

Lovely little property that gives the feeling of a studio apartment. The pictures are accurate, which I really love. The staff is lovely and the A/C is a vent, not some unit crammed under the window.

Nice and quiet. Clean room. TV was a smart TV so we could stream UTube TV. HULU. Netflix, etc although there were a good number of channels available through the hotel. Overall, a nice stay. A bit dated but fine. Price was good.

The person on the phone lied to us about bringing our pets. Then we didn't get the room we asked for and reserved. The beds were hard as a rock. And the air conditioner had loud pings and dings all night.

I reserved two rooms for employees after Hurricane Helene came thru because their town was severely damaged. The rooms were not ready at checkin time, and even after they were given the keys, the belongings of the previous occupants were still in the rooms. Beds unmade, trash not removed, etc. When I tried to extend their stay, I was told the rooms were booked even though the website showed vacancies. I think they wanted my people to leave so they could try to get a higher rate from others getting away from storm damaged areas.

Disappointed
Rooms were ok, shower was terrible and didn’t drain. Tv reception was terrible and WiFi was nonexistent. No continental breakfast. Overall I wish I would have paid a little more at a different hotel.

We reserved a King bed and were told all king beds were sold out but my sister was able to get a King bed right after we checked in. Why were we told no king beds available when we booked and checked in before my sister? Very disappointed
