It wasent the worst hotel I ever stay . It was still pretty decent. The only thing I didn’t like was that the staff and the front deck lady was really rude. It seemed like she had a attitude. And in cleanness wasn’t horrible just the floor were a little dirty still and there were a couple stains on the dressers, but overall the stay there wasn’t horrible.

Overall it was a good stay, the room was decent and the hotel staff was friendly but the hot tub was cold so that was a little disappointing but it was overall a good stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and nice. A couple minor things in the room but overall very nice. The beach access was great the pool was nice. Never had to wait for the elevator. Dont understand the front desk not being available during the night hours. Also not the friendliest front desk associates. The housekeeping team was nice. Ive been in customer service for over 30 years a good personality goes a long way. Theres potential for the hotel to be a very desirable place. A little TLC.

Terrible experience
It was an issue since check in. When we got there, we were given a room on the 8th floor that was already occupied & when the front desk was informed the lady moved us & all we were told was "Sorry, the a.m. person messed up", that was her apology. The room was nothing like the pictures, almost every piece of furniture was in disrepair & the bathroom faucet kept leaking. There was only one eleveator working and it was so tiny that it was uncomfortable to ride & smelled like pee. We wanted to change hotels, but they get you by signing a pre check in form where they make you sign a doc that says you can't get a refund for your stay (of course they do it before you see the room) We decided to stay since we were not planning on spending much time in the room & make the best of it. When we wanted to use the pots to cook, we found a burned pot with burned food still in it & a big lid, the cleaning lady was nice & provided us with a new set. We were booked for 8 days but then a tropical storm came & we starting having water come in, we told maintenance & they said they would check but never did. We decided to leave because of the hotel's conditions. I reached out to Hotels.com and they tried helping to get a refund since we were leaving due to the storm and conditions of the hotel. I tried asking them to at least refund me for 2 days (we checked out on the 4th day) but they stopped answering me & quoted their policy. This was the worst experience in a hotel & would never return

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
This hotel was not as described, pretty much run down. Phone and tv didn’t work, had to wait for someone to fix. The door lock was completely broken off, handing by a wire from the inside and out. This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in!!! And the staff was horrible!

Our room was not like the picture that was online. I booked a Suite w a bedroom, living area and a full kitchen but ended up with a room with no extra living area(like the pictures on the listing). & I had booked a room with extra living area for a reason! Our toilet had no water pressure and took forever to build back up. Our bathroom had a fish smell coming from under the sink where the pipes were. Our bathtub had black stuff all in the bottom of it (it was a stain/ dirt bc little pieces would start floating when we turned the water on) There were eyelashes left in the night stand from someone who had previously stayed. Another family was trying to get a refund and complaining about them also getting lied too about their room when we went to check out. Honestly a big let down !

The place was dirty outside. Pool area was fine except pool was full of sand and anyone has access to pool. We seen people from beach that was not staying at that hotel come in and use pool. 2 different times seen drugs being used and my boys were down in the pool and they tried to get them to join them. Had to go buy broom and mop because floors had sand all over them. Otherwise it was ok.
