Ok... not great or comfortable
Room was fairly clean, there was gum or candy residue on tile near sink & in bathroom. Could hear EVERYTHING from people above us (pacing/walking around/talking on phone), so very nousy for travelers getting in late & wanting to sleep immediately. Parking lot has narrow slots, so if others are not parked correctly, you have to park at far end, nowhere near your room. Did have a fair breakfast, that likely would have been better had we gotten there earlier (biscuits dry/hard by 9am, no batter left for waffles & no OJ left). The king bed was lumpy & hard, not very comfortable to sleep... both of us tossed/turned all night trying to get comfortable.

Mostly good
This was just was we needed. A cheep place to stay after a day at Silver dollar city. The hotel is old and a bit run down but it was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable.

Good motel
This was a great place to stay for what we needed. Clean room/bathroom, breakfast provided, cookies at night, and easy check in/check out. Fairly easy to get to on the yellow route.

There was a lack of furniture in the room. Picture shows chair with ottoman and table and chair. None of that was in the room but a table. The doors were a yellow/white color and everything looked like it needed a deep cleaning. The towels would not get you dry, and the beds were not very comfortable. We had to figure out how to get the tv direct tv box to work- kept saying no signal, but figured it out. Breakfast needed help also.

Great location and price. Staff is friendly. They have an elevator outside which was helpful. They do not have a microwave. I think Branson is getting away from microwaves in rooms. Breakfast was good.

Very clean and affordable GREAT BREAKFAST
Needed an affordable stay for last minute trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean, except carpet in the rooms. I would have preferred the carpet removed and vinyl or linoleum even to be down. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Very clean bedding. Fridge and single cup coffee maker but no microwave. The continental breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Just about anything you may want. It was nice and quiet and heat and air worked great. Hot was is HOT QUICK so be careful. Like steaming hot. Staff are great. Definitely would recommend for a very affordable place to stay!!

Great value for the money.
The room was clean. The bathroom need some work done meaning the tub /enclosure needs to be updated. The a/c worked great! I can't tell you how many places we have stayed that the a/c was not the greatest. The staff were super nice. The area was quiet. Location was great! Would stay there again!

Branson has many other options which are better
No local TV only large cities: no weather no World Series and no rep at the front desk to help with the remote. The reps left for home at 5:30 and didn't return until the next morning. The floor was dirty and we had to change stockings after walking on it.

Our room was fine, really for the price it was better than expected, room didn't stink, bed was clean, hot water worked, and the TV worked as well as the heater. Perfect for a 3 night stay, breakfast was hot and same as anywhere else. Recommend!!

Worst Place We've Stayed At
From the outside the property seemed decent and well kept. My first turn off was the lobby when checking in. It was very cluttered making it look messy and out dated. We booked a Deluxe double queen room and nothing about the room felt "deluxe" which was an upcharge from the other options. All of the furniture looked beat up not jusy little marks from general use but chunks taken out tables and headboards. It looked like the tile had be resently redone in thw bathroom area but whoever did it scrapped grout all over the walls making everything look like it hadnt been cleaned. There was a piece if chewed up gum on the tile right by the sink and a dead roach on the floor. The tub had hairs in it and there were hand prints all over the walls. The bed mattresses are wrapped in bags making it impossible to check for bed bugs which made me uneasy. The room discription said they had pillow top mattress which is the main reason why i booked that hotel and the beds were so hard and uncomfortable, definitely NOT pillow top. I booked through a third party so i wasnt sure if i could get my money back if we complained and i didnt want to complain and potentially have to stay there anyway so i we just delt with it. I ended up having to sleep in the car for several hours with one of our kids who could not get comfortable on those terrible beds and was crying out of exhaustion. I didnt want her to wake any of our neighbors. Our friend who also stayed didnt have a second lock on their door.
