Really cute comfy hotel- ideal location
Staff was all very friendly and helpful. They offer parking and lock the gates (and open them as needed) at night so no worries about your car. Super cute rooms and comfortable beds. 15 mins from everything we needed. We will be back.

Great clean, easy, friendly stay.
Extremely clean. Very easy stay. Compact hotel. Super friendly staff. The room looked just like in the photos. Parking could be a challenge if you're there on a busy day because the lot is on the smaller side. Arrive early. The neighborhood can be noisy. I noticed an issue with the room as I was checking out - staff promised to have it looked into. Highly recommended.

Unsafe area, suboptimal breakfast
The safety of the area is concerning; the first night we drove in there were multiple people doing drugs on the street nearby and getting stopped by police, with similar encounters walking back from the centre a couple of days later. The listing advertises continental breakfast, which was unimpressive and not enough for the average person (a single breadbox with croissants/danishes, banana/apple/orange and coffee/tea), and not very fresh. Finally, management was not very accommodating with regards to parking; no overnight street parking available nearby, and we needed to leave our car for only 8 hours to drop off in the morning and we still got charged a full 24h at USD$35.

No incluye desayuno, lleno de homeless al rededor
El hotel no se parece al de las fotos, está limpio pero se ve viejo, parece que no limpian a profundidad las áreas, el desayuno incluido se trata de café, pan y manzanas o naranjas y unos muffins de huevo, no tienen una cocina o área para comer lo ponen en un estante de 10x20 cms de dos puertas y si quieres tienes que comer ahí parado, la zona en que está es peligrosa, a una cuadra está lleno de homeless, no me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Darling on the inside
Cute rooms, nice furniture, basic amenities. Look out for extra charges like parking and an “amenities” fee not included in the Hotels reservation. Some may be put off by the urban setting without a lot of street life, cafe options, and the like.

Awful experience. Ruined my trip to San Francisco
Tacky and, worse, very very uncomfortable decor. In a very very sketchy part of SOMA that will make many people feel unsafe. Have been dodging hotels.com support for over a week after I requested a partial refund. No idea why this hotel has such high ratings. Absolutely does not deserve them.

Great Stay Close To Orpheum Theater
We were in SF to see Hamilton at the Orpheum Theater on Market St. hotel Fiona was a short 10 minute walk from the theater. Parking is convenient with the lot on the ground floor of the hotel. It's tight, but sufficient. Our room was spacious, with a sleeper sofa, and large table and chairs, and a comfortable king bed. We were very pleased, and will stay again. The city area was pleasantly quiet. We felt perfectly safe walking to and from the theater at night. SFPD was present patrolling the area, and several members of Urban Alchemy, a quasi-security/social organization were present in several street corners. We had no concerns walking the area. As always, be aware of your surrounds, though. SF is a big city.
