Frustrated Jacuzzi
Check-in was good the front desk staff was okay but no one addressed my issues with cleaning of the bathroom. That was the only area I asked housekeeping to take care of and they did a lousy job of it. The person that clean the room did not clean the Jacuzzi properly. The mat for the tub was not removed during cleaning so when I lifted it up, it was still dirty underneath which means I was not able to use it. I made the person at the front desk aware of the issue. I was having with the Jacuzzi and she stated that she would deliver my message to the manager that worked the 11 P to 7A shift when I checked out, I asked the person that was on duty at the time was the manager made aware and she could not answer me because she had no knowledge of it. This was her first time hearing of it when I spoke to her at that time.

Comfortable stay!!!
The room was more than I expected. Very clean and I had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem I had was hearing footsteps from the people above and the people next to me. But overall the stay was great! I will definitely stay again.

The room is spacious but the heat/air did not work and they had no other rooms for us. There were ants that came out behind the bed and nightstand and would get on the bed. Hair in tub and on the floor. Breakfast was fine. When we arrived the clerk was clearly upset and had a long line to wait in. She had no help. It wasn’t her fault.. she didn’t get to try to help with the air until 10pm. Also the keys to the door wouldn’t work. It was horrible.

Comfort is their name.
Property was very well maintained and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is no restaurants or fast food options in the area, with the exception of a Waffle House.

Clean/comfort/pay with cash
This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The convenience of its location is nice. We never have complaints about its cleanliness or safety which are both big for us having a kiddo. Beds are comfy and breakfast is very good. Many options available and can take up to room. Morning staff very sweet. Our only negative was our key card stopped working and had to be reset....same thing happened the year before so unsure what that is about. Also we were double charged both years. The charges were refunded both times but caused overdraft issues that of course was out of their hands so for this reason we will not be staying here again or if we do, we will use cash only.

Decent enough. We’ve stayed here the past few years while attending a dance comp. The property has aged in that time and is need of general updating. Breakfast was great with a large variety.
