No one around and no comfort
No one to check us in. Came in with our hands full at 10:00 pm to have to juggle everything and check in through a kiosk. Room was loud. Everything was made for someone short or in a wheelchair which made it loud with the hard flours and beds so low they were hard to get out of. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Blood on the shower curtain. No Kleenex. No shampoo or conditioner. No coffee or any type of breakfast/food. The entire time there we never saw an employee.

Kiosk Fail Just The Beginning Of A Sleepless Night
We arrived around 10:50 p.m. and the kiosk to check in is between two sets of doors and wasn't working. We called the phone number on the wall and they said they would "send someone down to assist us." Meanwhile, someone came to visit a friend who was staying at the hotel. They came down to let him in and they let us into the double doors to at least sit in the lobby cause it was freezing. We started eating our late-night dinner to kill time until someone arrived and when my friend went to toss the garbage, she noticed the screen on the kiosk was back online so we tapped the screen and finally talked to someone and we were able to check in. This was a 20 minute process to finally get keys in hand. We were in Room 317 and while the room was clean, the beds were the loudest beds I've ever heard in my life, like loud plastic twisting every time I turned over. But I didn't get a wink of sleep because the neighbors above us were stomping up and down the hallway all night long. Then there was arguing and even more stomping, it was so loud it seemed like it was outside our own door. And someone's car alarm kept going off and they didn't know how to shut it off. I get that you can't control the behavior of other guests but when there's no front desk to contact for physical assistance there was nothing we could do but suffer through it. There was no one to speak to on the way out either because the desk doesn't open til 9 a.m. If this is the future of hotel stays, yikes.

Horrible Check In
The check in took over 40 minutes because they blamed the service I used to book the reservation had me in a handicapped room that I didn’t need and she said she could not change it. She made me call expedia and they never answered so she kept tell me how the service I used is to blame and finally a Manager did some kind of override to get me checked in. They could of done that from the start but made me go through hoops until I said they must be able to change it on their end.

Front desk is not staffed after 9pm which we and multiple guests arriving after that time did not know. We all spent nearly an hour calling different phone numbers to try to get an employee to comeback to the hotel to check us in. Luckily an employee was reached and cameback to the hotel to check us in, so kudos to her for showing up. Our room had no toilet paper. Luckily the lady that checked us in was still there for a few more minutes and got what we needed. Also seems like the floors are very thin because it was one the noisy us nights and mornings we have ever experienced.

Beware!
Guests need to know that the registration desk is not open 24 hours per day. For checking in after 9 PM, you would need to use the lobby kiosk which may not be answered for a long time. We tried to check out before the desk opened in the morning, and gave up after waiting through 2 cycles on the kiosk. So no receipt for,our stay. I am hoping that I can obtain one. Guests also need to know that it’s an extended stay hotel. There is basically a full kitchen, but no ice machine in the hall, no Kleenex in the room, the toilet paper was flimsy. Otherwise, it’s a convenient location, quiet, and well-maintained.
