Complete blunder
For starters the hotel there was booked with hotels.com. What’s nonexistent the previous owner of Machu Picchu boutique had moved to a different location and the pictures on the webpage for hotels.com are completely incorrect. The address for the hotel belongs to a different hotel at the time did not have any vacancies so me and my dad who is 75 were left out until 11 o’clock at night looking for a place to sleep. I hope someone reads this and makes the appropriate adjustments change or corrections so that no one goes through this again hotels.com offer me a refund and a $50 credit. It wasn’t enough I believe for the humongous blunder cause by a lack of caring for their customers.
