It’s the F1 weekend so it was fairly busy so I do understand it was hectic. However, no information shared during check-in, no operator picking up the phone after 12am, no one did house keeping the first day we were there. And when they did housekeeping they started ringing the bell at 9am. And we realised we didn’t have a DND sign in our room when we walked past others and seeing they have one. Not a particularly pleasant stay but convenient enough.
