what a stay…
This is an Air B&B so there won’t be any house keeping. The room has reasonable size. Toilet is not in good condition. No hot water in one morning during my stay. Could only contact staff through instant messaging during work hours. Try your luck if you have questions after office hours. I got the same password for entering another room in which there was a couple already in there at 11pm. No staff could help.

Nuestra estancia en Bokatrip fue muy cómoda y placentera. El cuarto es básico pero esta muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es muy buena y te facilita poder caminar a muchos de los lugares populares. Aparte, el trato con el personal fue muy bueno, Carlo y Miguel fueron demasiado amables y nos ayudaron mucho. Nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones y compartieron mucha información con nosotros y nos hicieron sentir cómodos y seguros.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, hay todo lo necesario para disfrutar del viaje.Trataron muy bien a mi perrito también. Carlo y Miguel en la recepción son súper atentos y el servicio de limpieza también es muy bueno. Al lado queda Jalatlaco que está lleno de tienditas y restaurantes y a pocos pasos el parque El Llano :)

Have pet will travel
There are several small guesthouses in the area, but what makes this one special is the house manager, Carlo! I have a pet, so pickings were slim. The rooms are basic, very clean, and the perfect location to explore. Within walking distance to Zocalo, Arcos de Xolchomilco, and the local park El Llano park where every morning you can join the locals on a Tai-Chi class or Zumba. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for a 2 star. Rooms towards the back have great lighting and are large and inviting. There is a public kitchen which is super convenient. I felt very safe!! It can be noisy at night due to an upstairs restaurant/bar, but they close at midnight so manageable. A special thank you to Carlo, who made me feel at home, checked in daily to see if I needed anything, and shared tips & suggestions for travel. Carlo is 5 stars!! and the reason I booked a return visit

El lugar es muy céntrico; la atención del personal es súper atenta y en todo momento están al pendiente que te sientas lo más cómodo. Sólo que en la limpieza de la habitación sugiero estén más al pendiente. Fue una agradable estancia.

La propiedad es cómoda y el staff es muy amable, esta muy cerca a la zona centro y hay muchos lugares muy ricos para comer, hay un parque a menos de 100 metros, las instalaciones son sencillas pero están limpias. Es ideal para llegar a descansar.

Carlo is so kind when he greets you to Bokatrip Llano. The rooms are so spacious and very comfortable. The showers are hot and the bathroom is nice. I think the floors could have been a bit cleaner, but other than that it was a very nice stay. Shout out to T-raza next door which always had food and fun activities even late into the night. Very convenient and made the stay even better.

Muy caro para lo que se ofrece
Excelente trato muy atentos y amigables, sin embargo el lugar es muy caro comparado con lo que ofrece, el cuarto que nos tocó no tenía ventana, había mucha humedad, quizá nos tocó la mala suerte, pero en la limpieza no nos cambiaron sábanas ni toallas, no hay personal que te pueda atender como en un hotel normal, tienen horarios limitados, por otro lado sí está algo céntrico, pero la verdad por el costo, no lo vale.

Un lugar muy agradable, en otras reseñas leí que el bar en la entrada era ruidoso pero nosotros nos hospedamos en una de las habitaciones contiguas y la verdad es que no nos causó ningún inconveniente. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento y siempre recibimos respuesta inmediata con los pocos inconvenientes que se presentaron. La habitación era amplia y limpia, además, el lugar está bien ubicado y conecta con el centro, también pudimos llegar a pie desde la estación de autobuses. Esperamos volver pronto.
