3 nights house cleaning never came in to clean or replace anything. There were roaches in my room and my friends rooms and 8 motorcycles blocking the front pull up entrance for 2 days and management never told them to move .

Easy travels, friendly staff
I was visiting to attend my boyfriend’s graduation. I checked in by myself which was very easy. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed that it had everything I needed. The staff was so friendly- special shout out to James for making this stay such a breeze. I just wished the doors of the rooms went down to the floor to help with noise since I was right by the elevator!

Friendly clerk
Just passing thru on our way to Florida, James was the front desk clerk and he was great. All smiles, so friendly and very helpful with local restaurant information and it was great. He made our overnight stay very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good hotel for the price
This was a good budget hotel. The breakfast was not exceptional, but enough to tide us over in the morning. The rooms were outdated, but clean. The water pressure in the shower was a bit too strong for my kids. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful.

The place was clean and affordable. What amazed me the most was the professionalism of the entire crew and their friendliness. The lobby could use some more comfortable furniture, a pool table, some screen TVs to watch sports, news etc. Year round you have young fox from the army base and their families staying at the Microtel. That would give them some off base space and opportunity to socialize.

Friendly service
Stayed overnight for business. Check in was easy and James at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and personable. He was the ideal person to have meet guests and make them feel welcome. Room was neat and clean, common areas were tidy and clean.

I have to stay that night because the agent could not cancel the reservation a change to La Quinta Hotel. The area of the Microhotel was very bad area and I realized when I got at the hotel. If I didn’t have a cash reward I have to paid from my pocket with out wanting. This was a nightmare for me that you couldn’t change me to another better hotel. It is very sad because I am a gold client for menu years.

Advertise a Windom Hotel. NOT
Un happy for a Windom hotel. Listing tated breakfast included, this is false the only had coffie, muffins and bread for toast. Nothing else. They didn't even offer you bottole or tap water , no juice, or milk. you had to use there vending machine if you want some. Cost of $2.00 each. The advertising there hotel on a poster in the elevator show a full breakfast that Windom offers to the guests, but not this hotel. They don't offer king size bed only oueen size. We had to get a room with 2 oueen beds so we could sleep comfortably. I wont stay here again for the price we paid.

I was given a room with ants all over the bathroom. I immediately went to front desk and was placed in a different room. I was asked the next night about my stay thus far i expressed my dissatisfaction due to circumstances- you would think a manager would reach out regarding the issue? Especially since i complained to different employees. One told me im sorry for the inconvenience, the other said “how embarrassing”…
