Based on past experiences, we expected so much more from a Comfort Inn. There were greasy handprints on the headboard, food splattered on the drapes and window, white mystery stains on the upholstered chair. The water dispenser in the lobby contained room temperature water. There was a pizza in a box that wasn’t ours outside our door the entire time we were there, and also random bags of fast food trash on the floor by the elevator. The place is dirty and gross and does not deserve the Comfort Inn name. Worst of all, when we woke up in the morning, we discovered hundreds of ants all over the desktop which had also crawled inside our personal items so we had to empty and repack that luggage. We reported the ants at checkout, no apologies, just a statement that the exterminator was there last week I asked for some sort of compensation and was told I would not get it because I booked through Expedia, I was told that a manager would contact me by phone or email but I have yet to receive either. With so many other hotel options to choose from in this area, do yourself a favor and don’t stay there.
