The staff here was awesome, very helpful. I stayed 3 nights. 1st night, excellent…other than the room being like a sauna, and hard to adjust. 2nd night, there was a group of kids which were permitted to run through the hallways and bang stuff on the walls from 8:30pm-11:40pm. Not appreciated. About to stay my 3rd night, I received a call from the front desk, alerting me there was some type of water pipe issue, and they needed me to vacate my room for some reason, maybe that’s how they accessed the pipes. Was told the water may be off for an hour or so. It was totally off for at least 2 hours, with no update as to when to expect it to return. Another couple hours later, it did return, and the water coming out of my bathroom sink faucet was brown. I had to let that run for quite a while before it became clear. The crowning touch was my checkout day, I had to get a very early check out to assist family members in need of medical care. To find out I had NO hot water, zero hot. So no shower for me. I was so happy with this location at first, then it kept getting worse. I would have to say I would not recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone. Not a good experience. But again, the entire staff was very pleasant, very good points there.
