Location is good. Carpet is quite dirty and smelly. Condition of the shower cubicle is poor that water splashed out onto the floor through gaps in between partitions and doors

Wouldn’t normally write a bad review but this hote
Wouldn’t normally write a bad review but this hotel was very disappointing.
We booked the superior double room but the hotel fails to explain they only have one room like shown on the website. The room was occupied putting us in an older style room that they can describe as ‘superior as it has a king size bed.
I discussed this with reception and they offered another room. When being moved into the new room we discovered there was no window and the air conditioning didn’t work.
The room was 26 degrees according to the thermostat.
We went back to reception after our first night and they offered us another room which again was not the one as described online.
All the room look very different and much older than in the pictures.
We stayed in the third room for the remaining 2 nights of our stay.
This room again did not have air conditioning but did have windows so as it was winter it was much more comfortable.
The lady at reception who we delay with was very unhelpful and came across as rude.
One member of staff actually admitted that this was a ‘advertisement error’ but still did not offer a refund of any kind.
The hotel is also undergoing reconstruction so has no reception area but a desk by the bar area.
The overall experience seemed very unprofessional and not a 4 star experience as described online.

A literal building site. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Poor service. Terrible attitude from staff. Paid less moving to a 10/10 hotel than what I’d struggle to give 1/10 to this mess.

Hotell som renoverar entrén, det kan man ha överseende med. Rumman var dock öppnat ifrån 4-stjärniga. Sliten gammal heltäckningsmatta fylld med fläckar.
Inte ens helt dammsugen när man anländer.
Rummet stank rengöringsmedel flera timmar efter städning, troligtvis för att dölja annan stank. Kan inte rekommendera…

Be aware when paying for an upgrade
I specifically upgraded to a supreme room using the photos on the site but the room was a tiny shoe box I struggled to open the bathroom door as it was so small.
Really disappointing to have paid and not received a premium room
