Gross wet slimmy floors
Flooring where slimmy and wet. When you walked on the floors dirtt water would seap up between the seams in the floors. Mold ams wayer damage everyplace o walls and wood. Smelled lole mildew and mold. This is 2nd time in two different roomswven the hall floor was rhe same issue.

Going...going...gone!
Every time I stay at this hotel, seems like there is a decline in services/amenities. The free breakfast is a joke, the outside flashing red lights are very distracting and make it hard to fall asleep. The workout room is gone. The lobby furniture was removed...the water for the shower takes way to long to get hot enough to take the shower, wasting way too much water! While the price is reasonable, and repairs to damage caused by hurricane Harvey appear to be completed, the overall atmosphere of the place is not what it was when it first opened.

This was my 4th stay at this Hotel. Last stay, it was called 3 Rivers INN. The location is good. The staff was Friendly and Helpful. I was not expressed with the Continental Breakfast, very few options. The Elevator only went to the 2nd floor and had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Which was ok. I Didit mind that.

I stayed at this room for about 1month in a half due to hurricane beryl not by choice , I was kicked out of the room 9/23/2024 for leaving a bad review the manager was really nasty and mad because I voiced my opinion about the dirty towels, sheet, covers, and pillows that was being hand to me that I would not except due to them being dirty stained or what it might be they weren’t clean and very unsanitary, she took it up on herself to call me and say she no longer wanted me at the room because I left a bad review , not only that I also worked here acysrtal inn were they lied about the pay and wouldn’t allow me to fill out any credentials after the week of working I told her if there was no paper work I can’t continue to work and I didn’t she did not want to provide me with a check she want to provide cash due to the illegal peoples she have working , I’ve contacted the better business bureau, Texas workforce and a few others so this can be tooling care of in a friendly manner , to let them know this is not allowed and very inappropriate and people are allowed to voice there opinion and if you hire someone to work for you there should always be credentials to sign and they should be paid fairly I would never refer anyone to stay there , not unless there company with using dirty towels and laying on dirty or stained sheets and blankets I also to pictures of everything….,, they get zero stars from me and again the manager is very nasty and rude and loves to play victim

The give stained towels , pillows blankets and sheets it’s really Ridiculous and look at you crazy when u ask for clean ones I really don’t believe they use bleach

NOT Worth The Little Bit You Save. Go Elsewhere!
This place is disgusting. There is black mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom. There was urine on the toilet and floor. The cheap towels had hair on them. When the shower was turned on rusty colored water came out. The bathroom door will not close because it was out of square. The pillows had the stuffing falling out of the ends. When you lay on the bed, you can feel the springs protruding through the mattress. The coffee pot was missing half the parts and could not be used. The staff at the front desk was very rude as well. Never Again!
