We stayed for a week and it was only just OK. The rooms were very tired, broken shower but still useable, broken furniture, curtain falling off the rails, mattress worn, and deep cleaning needed.
Our maid Guytree was very good though, pleasent and helpful.
The breakfast was local food which was nice but need topping up more frequently and may be more selection of different items for international people.
Ate in restaurant once and that was enough! Ordered for 2 and mine was served cold 20 minutes before the other plate came out. When the second plate came out it was awful, fish curry and rice, something Guyana should be getting right!
I have stayed in other Ramada hotels but this one I'm afraid lets the company down, with Guyana on the up, Ramada need to step up their game and quickly! Would I stay again? Only if I see big improvement from reviews.
