Un engaño es hostal y no son cuartos como dicen
Decía en la reseña reservar cuarto para dos personas y lo trabajan como hostal, me cobraron y ahora a más un mes espero mi reembolso, claro ellos cancelaron y decía no devolución, sigo esperando.

Very Nice and Clean
This was perfect for my 1 night trip. It was very clean, location to Disneyland was great, shopping/restaurants nearby, and free grab and go breakfast was very nice. The bunk beds are twin size and metal. I got assigned a top bunk, I'm over 50 and I wasn't too sure I could manage. I did but I would of preferred a bottom bunk. Since it was only 1 night, it was ok but I know next time to ask for a bottom bunk.

I liked the quietness that it feels like. There isn't much noise and it's safe. The room was always clean! I loved the pool area, quiet, comfortable and clean.

En general bien , cumple la función de llegar a descansar y bañarse , el desayuno es ligero y lo mejor es Christine es una persona adorable y atenta con los huéspedes hace que te sientas como en casa , Christine es muy amable y dulce . Los compañeros de cuarto muy bien , solo que sería mejor un cuarto solo para mujeres y otro para hombres por privacidad y comodidad . Te dan un locker para guardar tus cosas personales aunque puedes dejarlos también sobre tu cama sin ningún problema. Juan de recepción fue muy amable y me ayudó con la tarjeta de la habitación. Volvería a reservar

Overall stay is okay. Room is large, bed is soft, providing free breakfast in the morning, which I appreciate the most. Each morning there is a friendly and kind madam who is serving coffee and bread for everyone. Restroom is a little dirty however. Also, during my stay once I even received a message from the hotel threatening me to leave the hotel without any refund due to unknown complaints of the staff. When I try to communicate further with that,they just ignored me and gave me no explanation! I can not accept such a behavior as they regarded me not as guests.

Excellent place for business travelers
My stay was wonderful! The rooms were very pretty. The bed was Excellent to sleep in and also large enough to sit straight up on lower bunk. The front desk staff was very friendly and Christine went above to make sure I had coffee before work and the day I left. This was my best hostel experience ever and they have a pool and jaccuzi! Bposhtels should be in every state! I travel for work and will stay at Bposhtels in every city there is one!

The hot water is not available after two days stayed. Room is not available for you to change. Breakfast is wonderful. Especially Christine in breakfast area, she is very excellent. Even your room have problems, share with her, and miracles will happen.
