I appreciated the fact they are not serving buffet but a proper breakfast menu with plenty of choices. It was a delightful way to kickstart each day of my stay. During my breakfast at Tozi Cafe, I had the pleasure of encountering one of the hotel's exceptional team members. This tall boy, always donning a bright smile, went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of. His attentive and passionate service made my dining experience all the more enjoyable and memorable. Art'otel Battersea surpassed all my expectations, providing an unforgettable experience. With its artistic charm, friendly service, and outstanding breakfast at Tozi Cafe, this hotel is a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly special retreat. Exquisite stay
Absolutely amazing, had a splendid night and day the infinity pool was exquisite, breath taking view. The decor and art was very eye catching and interesting. The room was exceptional and clean,comfortable and warm had an amazing sleep and overall and an amazing stay. Also to add they done a lovely little gesture for my partner for her birthday and she love the experience we will be sure to be staying again 😊

The hotel was absolutely perfect, service was exemplary from our check in and throughout our stay. The views from the rooftop pool overlooking Battersea Power Station are immense. Great location with bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the most dog friendly Hotels we have stayed in…. Our little Yorkshire terriers had a dog bed each and a branded water bowl ready in the room upon arrival!! Battersea power station is the most dog friendly areas of London. The staff (especially Jude at reception) were all amazing and the rooftop pool is just something else!!!

Great experience
An absolutely delightful experience. The staff on reception were fantastic throughout the stay. Very comfortable room, not a hint of outside noise. The rooftop pool was great fun too, shame there isn’t a steam room up there! I’ll definitely stay again, the location is the only sticking point as it’s an expensive hotel for being in Battersea when there are similarly priced hotels much more central for similar money. Only let down was the food at breakfast. I was served an ice cold avocado toast, like it had been taken pre mashed and kept in a near zero chiller. Quite unpleasant to try and eat. I’ll have a fry up next time!

Gorgeous hotel
This hotel is gorgeous, really lovely reception, room and the icing on the cake is the heated rooftop pool/hot tub which on a clear freezing night was lovely incredible. So much to do around the power station, we will definately be back.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon. We were in a hurry as we had a theatre reservation. Although very pleasant staff, it took 4 separate people to check us in. We (clearly also other guests), were not advised that their key fob only allowed them access onto the floor where their bedroom was situated. There were guests going up and down the lift, some in dressing gowns trying to get to the roof pool. It would’ve been helpful to have been advised of this. Our room was great, views over Battersea dogs home & the city. The pillows I found to be hard and uncomfortable, other than that it was great. Breakfast however was haphazard. It took a while to have our order taken. The couple next to us left and we may have done too had not we pre booked. I had to chase up a fruit juice. I then chased up our hot breakfast. A side order of mushrooms arrived cold and we sent them back. My fruit dish didn’t arrive. Fantastic views from the roof top and a Lovely atmosphere in the bar on the Friday evening.

Art'otel at Battersea power station.
The hotel was clean and very nice and quite lobby. Very good artwork. it had safe family friendly atmosphere. Steps away from Battersea station mall. and 8 minutes walk from Battersea park. Many restaurants that serve Halal food just moments walk from the front gate. We had an issue with room 1314 light control panel, as it would switch off the lights very 30 minutes. and in room 1316, one of the panels would not go to sleep mood. blue light would act like night light. but overall, the stay was very good. Front desk staff need a bit more knowledge about the activates in the city, as visitors would ask for some basic help to rom around the city. and a better ways to call for taxis would help too. Otherwise, the hotel was very good and I have nothing but good recommendations for the property.
