Great Hospitality
We had to arrive very late and the hotel was very accommodating. The front desk was so nice! Also, we had to leave at 6 AM and this is the only hotel I have stayed at in a while that has breakfast on the weekends that starts at 5:30! Love that!! Bed was super comfy too!

Great place to stay for my friend and I.
Young lady at the front desk was very helpful. She provided us with extra towels sheets and she even brought our sodas and snacks up to us the night we stayed. Thank you you're a sweet young lady.

Disappointed with the overall state of the room, furniture/chair has significant wear and rips and live roaches were present in the bathroom when we entered.

The la Quinta hotel in Eastland,Texas needs to clean rooms better. The first room they put us in the toilet did not work, so they moved us rooms to another room and it was not very clean. The floor needed vacuuming better, the recliner in the room had a torn arm also when we first went into the room there was a lighter laying in the recliner in plain site, the shower has mold growing on the grout and rust running down the wall from the hand held assisted device and also residue from the person before us taking a shower and a hair laying on the side of the shower where you turn the water on, I turned the water on and noticed the hair laying there and decided not to put my child in the bathtub seeing as it wasn’t cleaned that well. There was a key card left in the desk drawer from someone else’s previous stay. They also booked someone else to our room we had someone knocking on our door at 11:00 at night wanting in and they had to go back down and get there room changed. Next trip we will be staying in a different hotel.

Noise the people above us every night were so loud you couldn’t sleep. We complained everyday and they seemed to get louder. We were charged for super early check in (11am) couldn’t check in till 2 pm

Be ware!!!
Front desk staff would not accommodate my request for an upgrade to a king suite even though there was a king room available and I was willing to pay the upgrade fee. The staff didn’t seem to know how to process that type of transaction. Not trained properly. Also, the physical plant is worn out and out dated. I am glad my wife did not make that trip as she would not have been impressed. I suggest the Best Western in town.
