My family and I had a comfortable stay. Just a 1 night layover as we head down south. Room was spacious, beds were comfy, wifi was speedy, breakfast was hearty, and staff was friendly. We've stayed a few times, and will probably continue to stay here on our trips down south.

Excellent value
This hotel is a true gem for travelers with pets (also if you don’t have pets.) It is well maintained and very clean. Staff is friendly and check in is easy. Access outdoors to walk your pet is quick and easy.

Dumpy and Dirty.
Very dirty everywhere except the eating area ( that was kept cleaner).. Female staff at counter were better than their male counterparts. No body polices the hall ways, parking lot, grounds, or entrances for trash . This reflects on the ownership... They just don't care about the user experience... They are delaying maintenance and repair and skimping on service and cleanliness to milk the receipts... Thats it. This location has ruined the whole La Quinta brand for me (i stay their frequently)... Its small independent hotels and BnBs for me now... Furniture is all very worn out.

Everything went well except one night there was a heavy smell of marijuana coming through the ventilation system or something, and there was no cleaning service after my second night at the hotel.

Nice room!
Nice location, and the signage was decent. Not perfect, but close to it. The room was. . well, it was one of the best at this price, although the breakfast was a bit meh. I know I know. . they're all the same basically. So I really can't complain. But altogether it was friendly, cozy and clean. And within distance of everything. Well done.

Need new mattresses
The room was good and priced excellent. The mattresses were not good at all. They sunk in the middle. I actually had to sleep on the couch due to back issues. Otherwise, the hotel was just what we needed. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice!

Overall review
The room overall was clean, but the pull out sofa bed sheets were dirty and I had to request clean sheets. The breakfast lady started cleaning up the breakfast area at 8:50, when breakfast ends at 9am. When we asked for the waffle mix, she gave a dirty look and only provided one cup to make a waffle. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The front desk staff was very nice.

No dog poop clean up!!
The place is clean and for the most part quiet on the inside. I like this place because i travel with my dog and i am able to bring my dog in the room with me. The only thing i dont like is they dont clean up the dog mess that has been left. There is dog poop all over the place. I carry poopy bags with me where ever i go with my dogs. There are no poopy bags provided. The container is always empty and housekeeping or whoever is responsible for clean up outside does not do the job!!!
