Wrong date.
It is very hard to get in touch with Hotels.com. When I was making reservations for our trip, I made one for March 3 for our trip home. When I made it the computer for some reason put March 8th. I tried to correct it but could not see how to do it. I phoned but got the hotel. I was told that there was no way to change it once it had been made. That they could not do anything about it. That it was hotels.com that would have to do it. I remade another one for the date that we needed. and was left with the extra one which we were actually home for. The day before in trying to do something about it. I ended up calling the hotel again and I got the same response. I was terribly unhappy about this one.

Dont stay here.
Not a good place. In disrepair. Booked and got confirmation for a king room and paid for that. Show clerk i had reservation. Got to room and it was 2 queen room. Called desk and clerk they didn't have a king room and I reminded him i had a confirmation for the king room. Clerk had no resolution and didn't care. Room appeared clean but i was so turned off i probably didn't notice but the bathroom door wouldn't close and shower head ring was off the wall. Never again!

This motel is due a good remodeling. It is old. It gives the image of needing a lot of work. The bathroom was ok: no bugs. Good shower, hot water, TV was ok.

Best thing about this hotel was the price. Customer service is lacking. When we tried to check in, no one at front desk for 10 minutes. When the person came, he was still on the phone and kept talking on the phone (in a different language). Only thing he asked was for my ID and then kept going with his personal phone call. The room had a dirty toilet and mold on one of the lamps. The door had visible damage where someone had broken into the room previously and they didn't really try too hard to hide it. If you are worried about someone breaking into your vehicle then maybe spend a little more and don't go here. We had people walking around at 1 am and I had to keep checking on my car. No security for this property. We will not be coming back to this Super 8 and to be honest probably any other Super 8.

Needs customer service touch up
Front desk agent (probably owner or family of owner) stayed on speaker phone conversation with wife entire time of our check in experience. Reservation was for a non-smoking room, the room had clearly been smoked heavily in. Housekeeping entered our room without knocking or any notice.

Misrepresentation. The property is run down, the locks are broken on the doors, inside and out. It smells like smoke, in the non smoking rooms as well, but the bedding and the art were updated. We did not stay there. No refund at all not even an offer of a partial refund, do not recommend. We stayed next door at the Days Inn.

Stay away from this Super 8!
We came back from DC, and landed on the worst place we stayed at, going to DC and.back to OK! At one point in time a number of years ago, we stayed at a Super 8 in Missouri that was absolutely worth an 8-9 rating! The staff, the room, the facilities, well maintained, great service, clean, totally professional, That was the main reason we chose Super 8 in Brinkley. Little did we know that we might as well have chosen Motel 6 and probably would have made a better choice! This Super 8 was way below our expectations; unprofessional staff, unclean, smelly rooms, a bathroom that most likely had not been cleaned in 2 weeks, we we t through 3 rooms to find something that was close to acceptable, even though this room smelled like dog pee and smoke. We had to deodorize this room, air it out before we could get in bed. The toilet was loose and moved when you sat on it(!), and in the middle of the night, one of us went to the bathroom and found a cockroach on the floor!! The staff could hardly speak English, and were not very interested in our comfort. When we checked out the next morning, the lobby was empty, no breakfast served

Good value!
For the price the room was fine. Bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast bar was sparse with few selections and only powdered creamers for the coffee. The parking lot was well lit with ample parking.
