The top of the mattress was about 1 1/2 feet from the floor, the mattress was hard and lumpy and unsleepable. The bedspread was so old, thin and faded. We had to lower ourselves down to the bed. When we got up our imprint on the mattress stayed after we checked out. We left after 1 night.

I wanted to like this hotel and it's location. However, the check-in process was poorly done and for a new hotel, it was rather dirty/nasty. The sofa is the check-in area appeared to have vomit on the armrest. Staff tried to clean it off, but not a good situation.

We had a handicap accessible room. The bed did not have a frame. The bedspring and mattress were just sitting on the floor which made it a pain to get out. Plus, it made horrible crunching noises every time one of us turned. Of course that would wake the other one up. So, we did not get much sleep because of this. Be careful of logging into the WiFi. They have it set up so multiple tabs are lit up. You think you are signing in for free but the tab for the one-week premium is also lit up. We definitely would not stay here again. There are too many other choices that have better beds and do not try to trick you into paying for the WiFi.

I won't stay there again . I don't know if all extended stays are like this one, but all I paid for was a room and whatever came with the room. There was a note in the elevator for customers to take their own trash to the dumpster. I had to vacuum my own room because you had to be there 2 weeks before they would clean it for you. Washers and dryers were credit/debit card only using a QR code.

Bare bones but comfortable
Its an extended stay hotel so the parking lot was full of work trucks. Most of the guests appeared to be workers with the occasional family. The hotel is pretty bare bones with no pool or breakfast offered. However, its near the beach and the prices are comparable with hotels much further from the Gulf. If you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep before heading out to enjoy the town or the beach, this is perfect.
