Clean and comfy
Rooms were clean and comfy. We got in late and slept in and missed breakfast. Can't say anything about breakfast because of this. Hamptons are just about all the same, so you should know what to expect.

The staff who checked us in were friendly but misinformed. They told us there would be bag breakfast at 5am set out for guests but when we got up the next morning (with two hungry children in tow) the guy working said that’s only on weekends (it was Sun). When I told him that the desk staff had promised us this he didn’t make any effort to comp us a snack or get us something from kitchen or anything. As well, the floors are thin and the person above us danced around until 1am.

Great stay!
Great stay! We always stop here on our way back east after visiting family in the Midwest. We enjoyed the pool and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the lobby after we put the baby down for the night. (Our baby monitor reached the lobby!) The breakfast is really good—the gentleman who sets everything up is fantastic! He deserves a raise 😊 We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay.
We enjoy this location and have chosen to stay here on visits to see family in Ohio on multiple occasions over the past two decades. Never disappointed. The service at breakfast deserves a shout-out--friendly and welcoming. Pool is clean and comfortable too, a plus for our son.

Open fish in mini fridge never removed
The room was great. Everything overall was great, except that there was an open can of fish in the refrigerator. It was never cleaned, and I set it outside the room on the floor. I called down to the desk to ask them to remove the canna fish from the floor from the hallway and the next morning when I left the room, the cat was still on the floor, unfortunately

Somewhat disappointed. I stay in room 300 from 11/08/24 to 11/11/24. The room was NOT clean at all during my stay. This particular room needs some cleaning on the walls by the bed. The stay was good.
