The management moved us daily during our stay. This was very inconvenient.

Took 25 minutes for someone to check us in waited in lobby had to call the hotel to get someone to come check us in. When was called earlier in day was told pool was closed for maintenance but would be open when we got there. I asked if it would for sure be open or we’d stay somewhere else I was told yes but got there and the pool was closed. There were people yelling throughout the night. Then got woke up at 2am to another rooms door getting pounded on and them getting kicked out. Then proceed more yelling in parking lot.

Great place.
Wonderful stay. We were there for a gymnastics meet. We were going to have to leave before breakfast service and the employee who opens breakfast came in early and had it ready before we had to leave. It was an excellent location as well.

10’s across the board
We had an absolutely amazing stay and will book this hotel every visit. Even before the stay I called to confirm certain details and the hotel staffer named “Star” was helpful, professional and friendly. I was excited to see her when we arrived and she truly was a highlight of our stay. Thank you for all of your help Star! I left items behind and she quickly called me big thanks to the staff that spotted the items in the room and Star for reaching out. The pool, breakfast and overall service 10’s across the board!

The Manger is a complete A$$!!!
Check in was great. The counter person was very nice. We were coming in from out of town and were doing a very late check-in. I called ahead to let her know and when I arrived she remembered that I called. The only thing that was wrong with my booking is I reserved a room that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa, but the room that we were given didn't have one.
Upon checking out we accidently took a decorative pillow from the room. About 5 minutes after leaving the counter attendant called to let us know when had taken it. I told her that I was so sorry about this and we would return it on our way out of town.
A few minutes later we received a call from the Manager telling us that our card had been charged $250 for the pillow. He told us that it was designed and made just for the hotel and that if we wanted the money returned we had better bring the pillow back today. He was very rude.
We went to the hotel a few hours later to return the pillow and he was no where around. I asked for some type of receipt saying we had returned the pillow but they could not give me one. The desk attendant said they had explained to him that we had told them we would be returning the pillow but he refused to listen and left us the message anyway, We tried several time so reach him by phone and so did the attendant but he never answered. We finally just took a picture of the counter attendant holding the pillow as proof.
He did finally answer after several more tries! No Apology!!

Comfort Inn
We stayed one night. The only thing that was a “problem” was that one of the two tvs didn’t work well. Otherwise, it was very comfortable.
