Nice little motel. A bit dated but over all a decent place for a night or three. Staff is always nice and willing to help. Online pricing is good as well!

We stayed here 2 years ago and then again this October. This visit was extremely different. The rooms were not clean. There were major safety concerns. No smoke detector in the room we were in, no secondary safety chain or lock in the door. There was such a huge gap under door. Wind, rain and critters easily could get in. The AC / heater had broken vents. Actually had no vents and small hands could have been damaged if kids were there. The shower had pink and black mold that could have been cleaned off. We booked through Expedia and had just had an experience trying to get a refund from them from another stay so we knew it would be of no use to try to get refund here so we went to store and bought cleaning supplies and brushes and sanitized the best we could for our three night stay. There were no towels in the room. We had to ask for them. We won’t be staying here again ever. Management even mentioned we stay near the front office since other rooms down the corridor were Sketchy! Her words!! Stay here at your own risk.

Staff were very pleasant. Check in and out a breeze. Room was pretty large, but very dark. Room 212 had a sloping bathroom floor which made for a good conversation

Room was smoked in. Floor was not vacuumed. Went to get into bed, noticed small insect crawling on bed cover. Upon closer inspection identified as adult bedbug. Went to reception and notified desk staff. They were friendly and apologized. I asked for refund, received one and left the premise. I would not recommend lodging here.

It’s exactly what you would expect for an $80 hotel room. Mildew in shower, no towels, stiff beds. But the sheets were clean. It’s right off freeway. I was able to check in at 11pm and be back on road first thing in morning.

Dirty and bad smell. I recleaned room and changed the linen. Grit in bedding. Foyer floor had spill, maybe from breakast? And i checked in at pm. Im not too picky but would I would recommend finding other lodgings! Not worth the savings!

80's style decore. But decent enough.
O.K. so this place is a bit behind with it's decore. Rooms are fairly clean. TV, microwave, mini fridge, desk and loveseat type couch are all included! Bare minimum breakfast is offerd. Some bagels (no way to toast them). Pour your own waffles (only hot food your gonna get). And the usual compliment of coffee, milk and OJ.

This is the third time we have stayed at this motel in Roseburg. I realize that this motel is over 50 years old. My wife's mother worked there, so it held a special part for us. First, we had to fight the flies in the room for two days, the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Something new there was no phones in the rooms, we had not noticed the past two times we stayed. Not everyone has cell phones. We needed hangers not one in the room, they gave us 4 hangers, 2 we could use the other two were broke. I could continue but won't. For the price we paid in my opinion the rooms should be in better condition. So, I'm sorry to say that we will not be staying there any more.
