Failed to tell us when I checked in that the heat was not working in the room. Would not allow me to change rooms, or allow a refund. Front desk lady was super rude. Never offered extra blankets or anything. And failed to mention that the TV didn't work as well. There was black women's hair all over the bathtub. Furious!!!

Door locks not secure; location unsafe
Staff was friendly and helpful, but the facility was unsafe. Even the newly "renovated" rooms had poorly fitting door locks. Light and cold poured in. Given the mostly empty building with one side out of view of anyone, room security was particularly important. I left to find a different hotel. I notified the company, but they didn't even offer me a refund. Terrible experience

Disgusting and dirty
First of all the person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. However, that’s where the good stops. First, went to turn on the heat and there was no knobs to turn on the heat. Walked outside and approached a person that works there. He was too busy listening to his music on his phone to find a pair of pliers so I could turn on some heat. I walked back to the office and she walked down there and they indeed took off the front and finally got it started. Now, it barely worked and it was cool in the room all night. Also, there was no toilet paper in the room. Another walk to the office to get rolls of toilet paper Incase it needed to be used. Inside the drawers there was dirt and gross stuff in there and horrible. Finally, the floor was absolutely gross. My son walked across the floor and his socks were brown with dirt. We had to put a towel down so we would walk across the floor. I will make a concerted effort to pass on this hotel in the future.

Actually didn’t stay room had 1 working light no TV felt someone could get in nothing like picture wasn’t expecting real nice but this was the worst hotel we went somewhere else !!! Never recommend this place !!!

Disgusting!
Roaches everywhere. Tv didnt work. Shower leaked everywhere. Bedspread has holes all in it. Room smells like urine. Definitely wont be staying here again ever!! I feel disguisting and almost packed up instantly. I have been killing large roaches since we arrived.

Where should I start? The non smoking room that smelled like leftover puff puff pass? The empty baggie with crystalline residue? The floor that was so wet when I checked in I had to use most of my towels and then turned on the AC to high to dry things out the rest of the way. Broken shower curtain rod. Stains on the mattress so bad that the could be seen through the sheets, so I slept on top of the blankets. I guess what really got me was the staff. First thing I was told is that "the rooms are being remodeled, so that explains everything." But if paint dripping down the walls and the condition of the room in general are any indication, I'd say that the place should be shut down and renovated.

My husband says this is the worst motel he's ever stayed in. The floor was covered in dog hair and, when he brought this to the attention of the front desk person, they guy just shrugged it off as being "dog friendly." Shabby, worn furnishings and ill-equipped rooms--for example, no hand towel. All this for over $100!!
