Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was good, just needed a little more seating for the amount of guests. Room and common areas were clean with just general signs of things being used.

Great hotel close to the airport
Check-in was smooth and easy, the room was exactly what I reserved and was clean. The breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again when flying in or out of Savannah. Have stayed in "higher class" hotels that haven't been this nice or clean, so this was very refreshing.

Bad Service
Booked through Hotels.com. When team arrived they out them in a single bed room, and said Hotels.com messed up. We purchased 2 Queens and a sleeper sofa room. Since they were booked and didn't try to help tram had to go to another hotel across the street.
We have booked many Spring Hill Suites all over the Southeast and never had this problem before with Hotels.com
Feel that the front desk person didn't care.
