There were a lot of programming for the kids for christmas (so if you are traveling with young kids its a plus) Cons Not a 5 star property/service The room shown on booking is not what we received. Booked two rooms we (the adults got a college level/quality bed after speaking with guest relations (Erika, best ) she upgra us to a suite. Which was amazing and what we intended to book in the beginning The keys were provided promptly but the room was not ready for us They sent one cleaner… after some time and it was a constant back and forth with having them clean completely. Good but not what we expected
The staff were great and it's a nice hotel but the bathroom wasn't that clean. The sink hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the AC wasn't working. The room was exceptionally hot and we were staying with a baby which made it difficult to ensure their comfort. The spa was nice.

Park Plaza Riverbank
What a great time we had here. The room was beautiful and the view of the river Thames was stunning!! We had a suite with the full kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The complimentary coffee and tea was a nice touch. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Chino Latino, twice…it was so delicious and we enjoyed the live entertainment. We also enjoyed a lovely meal via room service. Next time we visit London we will definitely stay here!! 10/10 recommend
