this place was very old, BUT very clean, safe and a great price for being one block from main street with restaurants and shops. I recommend and would stay there again.

2/10 Poor

Not free internet or parking
Sadley we had to pay 20 bucks for parki g because the worker plced his personal car in one of the unloading parking spots. When told that we had to pay he just said well.you should not have and told us we should of parked blocking the street. We also were never given the wifi password. The room had mold and the batheoo. Light fixture was cut open

The balcony was a real disappointment
The room was okay. Cleanliness was okay. The patio / balcony was not at all what was presented in the ad pictures. Apartment door opened up to a slab of concrete in a run down back part of property with a broken fence open to the lot next door.

Great location with sheltered parking. Requested repair multiple times for our sink with no water coming out of the hot water side. Was told the street repair hit a water line that only affected our sink but not bathtub! Ridiculous excuse! Just needed a new valve. Bear walked through our pool area daily but paid no mind to guests, only checking dumpsters. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Will return.

We have come to this hotel multiple times and only have had an issue the last year or two. We got there around 1215 and was allowed to get a parking pass and park. When we got the parking pass, I realized the number on the pass(our room) was already cleaned. We went out to eat and we got back around 230 tried to check in but the girl said it wasn’t ready. My husband said it looked ready at 1215 but she said it had to be checked. She also made us park around the building,(we are choice members) even tho our room was around the pool. We had an upfront parking space that we always park at but she said we had to move. I know the check in time is 3 but I asked previously if the rooms were ready could we get in early and the other people have told us yes. We stood in the office and NO ONE checked the rooms. All of the attendants have been great but this girl was very unfriendly. When we checked out she said nothing through the whole process. If we can’t check in early that’s fine, just don’t lie to us

I stayed here for an event at the Convention Center. It was literally a 3-4 minute walk. The walk to downtown was right down the street. Staff was friendly. The room was decent and worked great for me.

The floor turned my bare feet black. The room was dark because 2 lights were out. The back of the TV remote kept coming off. The people were friendly. I felt as though this block of rooms were not kept as well as the rooms in the building with the office.

You get what you pay for. You are kinda off in an alleyway and it’s super confusing to figure out what building you are in. Very basic motel.

Only if there is no where else to stay for a night
Room was dusty and dirty. Couch was stained up and disgusting. The smoke detector didn’t work and was hanging off the wall. Only stayed 1 night. Don’t bother trying to contact property after booking, especially if you book a non refundable room like I did, they will not respond to you at all.

A group of friends and I wanted an inexpensive, but comfortable stay close to Gatlinburg and this place exceeded out expectations. The rooms were comfortable and I appreciated the refrigerator in each room, location and the easy parking. Some small points off because we booked two rooms. One had no issues, but the other had a very finicky faucet. If you turned it a hair too much water began spraying all over the bathroom. We didn't complain however and just turned it on with care. I would stay here again.
