In the middle of downtown, dark room -looks nice d
Poor lighting in room-felt dark. Safe didn’t work, floor lamp had to be unplugged to turn off/on, visible mold in shower by corner tiles and shower door sweep. Cleaning crew blowing outside stating at 8am

Disappointing Stay with Noise and Cleanliness Issu
All rooms face the backyard, which remains very noisy even after midnight. One of the elevators was out of order, and there was garbage on the floor that was never cleaned during our stay. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place.

Wonderful but not perfect
This hotel is gorgeous and in the best location. And very expensive. For the money I paid, I expected more than partially used shampoo and conditioner in the shower, no one telling us the switch in the entrance by the door controls the bathroom lights, and a remote that didn't work (two times) leaving limited access to TV. No offer of a discount when these things were pointed out. Other than this the place is beautiful and wonderful. But for the money, it should be perfect. And it wasn't.

Overall experience was poor. My family booked 3 rooms for my mother's 60th bday. She had 2 rooms and arrived the day before, I had one. Upon booking my room I called the property and asked if I could decorate her room before she checks in and was told I would get a phone call once the room is cleaned, never received the call. When my mother checked in she stated the front desk guy wasn't very pleasant. Upon my arrival no one was at front desk- as they only staff one person and we had to wait almost 20 mins. I parked in the hotel "valet" parking space and gave the desk attendant our key as he is also the hotel valet attendant- we left to go to dinner down the street and within 10 mins he calls us asking if we had the key and where was the car parked, he never tagged our keys so my boyfriend had to walk back to the hotel to get the keys straigten out. We were told all main doors are locked at 11p and to access an outer door that leads to the side elevator- when my cousin arrived at 4a that door and elevator was locked and he had to call the after hours number to have someone unlock it. The whole experience defintely put a damper on the celebration. It wasn't the experience we expected especially for this property.

Very cool vibe with great food, friendly folks
I fell in love with the vibe of the place. It’s very cool. It’s in a fantastic location right across across the street from the pier which I didn’t realize, that was a bonus. The restaurant was unbelievable ..amazing delish gourmet dishes. they have valet parking only up until 11front desk is closed between 11 PM and 7 AM. After 11 self parking in a very busy area. the elevator to the rooftop lounge only worked until the the third floor and you had to go outside take 4 flights of stairs, it was hot 🔥 Beds were more comfortable than most beds. The only problem was that they were both on a wood frame and would creek loudly when you got in and out. That aside we love the area. There are restaurants and things to do all around within walking distance the beautiful pier across the street. We will be back definitely

After 11 self parking would not be very close to the hotel, somewhere down the block, which seemed almost impossible. They only have one person who works both the desk and the valet so there is some wait time they could use more employees doing that. Two things that were a little bit of an issue, but definitely not a dealbreaker and we will be back.. the elevator to the rooftop lounge only worked until the the third floor and you had to go outside take 4 flights of stairs, it was hot 🔥 Beds were more comfortable than most beds I have stayed in a hotel.
