Always Great
We stay here at least once every winter, and have for the last 4 years. The people are always friendly, the pool is always warm, and everything is always clean! Close to home and a perfect little staycation to fight the winter blues! 10/10 will continue staying here!

Couple nite getaway
This hotel was a great place for nite with my husband. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing that was in our room. We used to go to another local hotel for our nite getaways, but it has went way down hill in cleanliness. So this is going to be our new couple getaway for us. Thank you.

After we came back from the pool, I walked into the bathroom and found a cockroach on the towel I used from the pool area. Around 11 pm. I contacted the property abouta refund or they said I might get a discount the next day but they never contacted me again the next day. I reached out again asking about a refund as it was too late to go anywhere else and changing rooms wouldn't have made me more comfortable. Still awaiting a resolution.

Only reason this place had the rating it does is the local highway workers are all staying there for crazy cheap rates. Not clean. Zero vending machines. When checking out - lady didn’t understand what I was trying to do.

Nice hotel, rude visitors
Nice parking lot! Both staff members we interacted with were friendly. Everything seemed to be cleaned well. Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Tv took some time to get going but no biggie. Soaps in bathroom were not very good quality but that's why we usually bring our own. My husband and I used the hot tub. It was definitely warm in the pool area. We were going to use the pool but there was a family with 2 kids that spent alot of time in there. Which was there right. Not the hotels fault. But they were loud and it was later in the evening and all the splashing wasn't our thing 😆 The included free hot breakfast- the coffee was pretty weak....lol! We were going to fix us some breakfast, again not the hotels fault, but there were unsupervised kids in there coughing all around where the food was. Not covering their mouths or anything! These days, I am a germophobe!! I do not want or like to be sick (as I'm sure no one does!). I don't know how hotels can fix this issue but we see it far too many times!!
