Never will come back. Disappointeing, dirty and dated hotel (i am not sure if i can evevn call this a hotel to be honest). Reception/staff poor attitude, lazy, lack of passion, and do not really care about the feeling/comfort/pleasance and the need of their guest (whenever you request something they would deny you and say "it is the company policy", unless you reason with them but my request are basics that any hotel would provide). My room is dirty, filthy, damaged (mould and dust everywhere, scaled shower head, scaled boiler, holes in the wall, and damged bit everywhere). No wonder they have a very poor scored reviews. I have been to many hotels in the UK and none operate as terrible as this. During the last night, they did not even make my bed which does not give me a good impression. Definitely a nightmare, ruin my stay in london. My family and i all agree that the hotel is so terrible that we wouldn't come back, nor recommend to anyone. There is plenty of hotel that are much better in Victoria or other places in London with similar or better price, but more importantly better quality.

One more experiment to tick
Im not picky at all, I m a nurse by profession , but this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. All the reviews that have been posted are completely accurate. I walked into the room in disbelief, the bed cover was stained with blood and toilet sit was dirty . They actually think it’s OK for a room to be under construction while hotel guests are staying in it. Our room was next to the reception so all the noises and sounds and everything around was like you are in a bad horror movie.The door handle to bathroom is loose and wobbly and on one occasion I remained blocked in the bathroom,bed sheets are stained a disgusting brown, window handle is busted. They give you a tiny towel with what can be described as a pebble shaped soap bar to clean yourself with, I had to ask for toilet paper . Please, do not make the mistake I did, get yourself a nice hotel, even if it costs more, trust me, it’ll be worth it. But if you are adventurous and you would like some infection or the sounds of the pigeon s taken a bath by my guest. Do your self checking . The positive close to everything metro underground shops cafe .

Great for low budget
Last time I stayed up London way we were an hour out of the city so this time I wanted somewhere much more central and gave myself £200 budget for four nights for me and my lad. Was it possible? Found this place for just over budget. Read some really bad stuff but chanced it. Room was small but cosy, comfortable bed with clean bedding, heater was on the whole time which was a relief as it was 3 degrees out, shower was lovely and hot too. The only real negative was the TV not working. Reception was 24 hours so came and went as we pleased, five mins walk from Pimlico tube station. Tesco, Nisa and couple other small shops within ten mins walk and we got takeaway burgers from the Smash place around the corner. Would definitely return and glad I ignored all the negative comments beforehand.

dirt under the beds and on the radiators something stung me and I had to go to the pharmacy because I had an allergy the next day they changed our room where the toilet didn't run and the sink was clogged the TV and radiators didn't work a wasted vacation

À fuir
Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et je me suis même retrouvé coincé à l’intérieur de ma chambre. Le verrou a mit du temps avant de céder. Il n’y avait aucune affaire de toilettes excepté un savon en bar pour les mains et une seule serviette.

Reasonably priced
Great location, friendly staff. Much earlier check in time than most places. Comfy bed. Room I was in didn’t have a remote for the tv and the water In the shower only ran cold but both probably room specific issues.

BED BUG INFESTATION-100+ bites in one night- AVOID
BED BUGS - avoid at all costs. I spent one night in London in this hotel and found myself covered in 100+ bed bug bites afterwards. They clearly do not ever wash the sheets. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been in agony with bites all over my body that have flared up in a bad reaction and many bleeding. This hotel needs to be fully shut down for an industrial clean.

I stayed in a basement-level single room, and the experience was disappointing. There was only one towel, no WiFi, and no phone signal. The hairdryer was broken, and the shower only had either scalding hot or freezing water. The heating didn’t work, and I had to rely on a small electric heater. The bathroom had no window, and while the room had a large one, I didn’t dare open it due to how inconvenient it was to close. Would not recommend.
