This was my second time staying at Butterfly Grove Inn, it was great. It had everything we needed for our one night stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The inn is located near the beach and has great food options nearby. I’d love to stay here again.

Adorable cottage in the woods

We got a giant room with high ceiling! A breakfast table for 4, a fridge and a microwave oven! The room is clean, the beds are super comfortable with extra blankets in the closely. The bathroom is small, with stacks of towels. The sink is tiny and is outside of the bathroom but the counter space is big and the mirror is large. Staff is friendly and parking is easy. We left a souvenir in our room and they are happy to ship it to our home for us. The hotel is in a woodsy area and we sat outside for our morning coffee. The hotel is cute with lots of amenities. We are very happy to have found this gem. ❤️

Very good location for visiting Monterey (we actually liked the area of the hotel better) and to start the 17mile drive! Detail but the bathroom window was not “locking” and making the bathroom colder than expected. But not a major issue
