Very disappointing trip. Went away for a staycation weekend and wish we had just saved our money. Pool and beach access were out of commission and had been for about a year apparently which they hid in the small print. Staff was less than pleasant, however the lady at check-in was nice enough. Went down to the lobby to get a drink and coffee. When we asked about coffee the staff said the machine was broken. I asked if he was joking because he had a smirk on his face, and he smacked the machine a few times and said “not kidding, broken”. Breakfast the next morning was what you’d expect of a free breakfast. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Our stay was fair. Very friendly staff was the best part of our stay! They were amazing. The hotel itself needs work. Old and several things looked bad like the ceiling in the continental breakfast area. Continental breakfast was good but very crowded and food was slow coming out of the kitchen. One of the appealing things of why we wanted to stay there was the dining/restaurant that was offered but they no longer offered it. Also, when we arrived, the pool was closed. Thankfully, it opened and we enjoyed the pool while we were there. My only complaint about the pool area is that there was no trash can available. My overall experience was fair. It's doubtful we will return to this hotel.

The check in process was easy and very friendly. Once we go to our room, the room had a very strong mold smell. It was so bad that we had to open the balcony door to air out the room. The toilet did not flush, the blow dryer did not work, the shower curtain was coming off the hooks and the pillows smelled like it was damp as well. For the hotel to be right on the water front, I definitely expected better. Another good thing was the breakfast was very good.

It all started well. Until shower time. Halfway thru the shower, there was no water at all. No matter which way you turned the knob. Called for service, showed up in 10mins. Of course there was water then. The guy said to let it run its course. What?! Water should be running, period.

This property needs a lot of TLC. It ia sad to see, because the condos are taking over. The carpet was damp, which means mold. The Air Conditioning was out in the hallways. The stay was not great, kind of noisy.

This place was under construction and should have been closed to the public, Owners should be ashamed of themselves for subjecting people to those kind of conditions. Pool was under construction in the beginning of summer and there were no other amenities either. Thank God that its located on the beach.

Travelling with my wife and kids, we had anticipated using the pool as it was listed on the description. We found out a few days prior that the pool was not operational nor was the walkway to the beach from the hotel. If that was known ahead of time, we would be stayed elsewhere as the kids were very disappointed that they couldn't use the pool.

Infelizmente uma obra na piscina em pleno verao, absurdo e ainda para ir a praia tinha que sair do hotel e entrar pelo acesso ao lado pois o acesso normal do hotel era pela area da piscina. Reservei um hotel de frente para a praia para curtir e nao consegui. Devido a obra, a metade do estacionamento estava fechado e nao tinha vaga para todos. Nao merece ser chamado de Hyatt. Cafe da manha lotado e sem pessoas para manter limpo e organizado

No hot water in room, AC didn’t work, not enough parking and despite it being a busy holiday weekend there was only one desk clerk. Maintenance staff was helpful in getting things fixed. Also pool was not open due to hurricane damage and there wasn’t any beach access.

The view and the staff were nice. The breakfast bar was pretty good. The pool and hottub are both not working. There wasn't enough parking in the main parking or the overflow lot for their guests. We only had fresh towels the first day of our 5 night stay, and requested towels but was told by staff that the hotel was out of towels. The price of the hotel was not relective of the quality of stay. Maybe once they get all the renovations finished it would be worth the price.

The hotel is decent and the young lady at check in was nice and polite she got me early check in and extra pillows and towels. But the marijuana smells at this hotel was horrible. I paid for a balcony room that I couldn’t even enjoy because the smell was so bad we had to close the window and go inside to escape! That issue needs to be addressed immediately before the hotel isn’t worth going to.
