Arrived to the wrong room, i.e. handicap. Go back to the desk received another room. This 2nd room was not what I reserved either. but how much is it worth to have to put yourself through the aggravation to get what I really wanted and paid for!
We emailed in advance for additional towels with walk in shower with a hard chair. No, Nope! The front desk said he was by himself and I couldn’t get them.smh Requested a later time to checkout, I was told, to call in the morning. Breakfast, a joke! No OJ, a broken pancake mix dispenser held, squirting out everywhere. As frustrating as travel is being elderly and handicapped, to pay this overpriced experience, money for frustration and severe disappointment as this is our last birthday together…
without satisfaction, in a room that was reserved prior to arriving.The freezer part of the refrigerator had about a 3 inch section of ice surrounding it. Not to mention, only 2 towels 2washrags and no bare necessities. The small refrigerator was frozen over that nothing could fit in, (see photo)The breakfast that they talk state, powdered scrambled eggs, a pancake machine that the pancake batter exploded onto one of the customers hands, and he stood there preventing additional spillage, it would be for several minutes before someone helped
I’m unsure if I’ll hear anything from anyone either from hotels.com or that facility!!. But what a horrible experience to waste money on while getting nothing out of it.
