We booked with the Quality Inn hotel but we’re roomed in the motel section extended stay. There were lots of men (seemed to be traveling workers) in the parking lot of entended stay past dark and my daughter and I did not feel safe going to our car or being in a motel type environment. The ladies that work the desk were great and the breakfast was really good.

One night stay on quick trip!

Ok, a one night stay. Little noisy, bathroom sink didn’t drain and sink faucet was loose. Took a long time for hot water and pressure was mediocre. Bed was ok good with good pillows. A/C was a wall mounted window unit type that was sufficient but a little noisy. A plus was lots of TV channels.

Extremely Disappointed — Would Not Recommend

Our stay here was incredibly disappointing. The room was filthy — there was what looked like blood or ketchup on the wall, a dead spider smeared nearby, chewed gum behind the toilet, and grime and stains throughout. There were also what appeared to be Cheeto fingerprints on several surfaces. It honestly felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The beds were small, uncomfortable, and definitely not what you’d expect for the price. Breakfast was forgettable at best — definitely nothing to rave about. The only redeeming part of our stay was Pamela at the front desk. She was kind, hospitable, and very helpful — a true professional in an otherwise disappointing experience. There are other hotels in town, and I strongly recommend you consider one of them instead.

Check in was via a computer screen meeting with someone located somewhere else. The room was on the first floor, but required 6 steps down to reach. Parking was inadequate with tight spaces. Window lock was broken and a piece of wood was placed in the window track to keep it closed.

No bueno el estacionamiento

Todo en promedio con este hotel ubicado en Cortez. Nos dieron unas habitaciones al fondo de la propiedad en donde no había espacio para estacionarse y no está cómodo eso. Al momento del desayuno como que todos los huéspedes decidimos ir a desayunar al mismo tiempo y eso colapsó el espacio y no había ni en donde sentarse.

Overall, just ok.

Good: Comfortable Bed, Breakfast was good. Needs Improvement: Parking for upper building is bad. If you are there after sunset, you will be parking before and walking to to your room. Reservation for handicap accessible room was not available when guest arrived. This caused two out of the three in our group to move to another hotel (which was horrible condition) Back door to the upper building doesn't lock. A/C unit is incredibly loud. Walks are paper thin, you can hear everything. Remodeled but old furniture still in use. Exhaust fan in bathroom is not secure.

Strange Smell but Clean

As you would expect from a Quality Inn - there was an awful sewer smell as you entered the room but you couldn't smell it until you left again! The room was clean and quiet, except the metal bed that made an awful sound everytime someone moved. Check in was friendly and efficient, breakfast had hot options.
