Poor condition rooms
The first room we were assigned was in very poor condition and dirty. The beds were different heights and mattresses terribly lumpy. The ceiling had extensive water damage and it started leaking during our stay. We were given another room, which was considerably better, but still needed a good cleaning. Linens are dated and worn, mini fridge rusted and noisy.

No thank you
The rooms need to be fully renovated. Mold, mildew, damage in the bathroom. Uncomfortable bed, itchy sheets. Every chair squeaks and the couch was worn out. Checked out after first night.

Disappointed
We had a one night stay in a king studio room. Unfortunately our stay was not good. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, the water never got hot ,only tolerably warm enough to shower.l after allowing it to run for nearly 20 mins. The overall cleanliness of our room was not great. The breakfast was not good and they were out of a lot of things. I don’t usually leave negative reviews however for what we paid for the one night stay I was very disappointed.

Wrong Room!!
After I checked in I went directly to my room. I opened the door to what was suppose to be my room and to my surprise there was a family in the hotel room. They were not happy to see me open the door. It was a tense few moments. It was not either one of our faults but the person didn't see it that way. (The hotel computer system maybe or the front desk person) I got to the point where I was scared he was going to come after me. I immediately went back downstairs and told the hotel front desk person what happened. She barely said a thing. I was obviously shaken up be the experience. I looked at the app to see if I could get my money back and go to a different hotel room. Unfortunately it was non refundable. The front desk person gave me a new room but I cannot begin to tell you how uncomfortable it was. I was afraid to come out of my room. I didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast in fear of seeing the person that was angry with me for unlocking his door. The most frustrating part was that the front desk person acted like it was nothing. I could not wait to check out.

Excellent stay

Did not have a room for us.
Booked ahead of time. When I showed up they did not have a room for us. They had our reservation booked as a single bed. We had 3 people and the room did nit have a sofa bed. It was 11pm when we arrived. Extremely frustrating trying to find another room at midnight!

Came here to get away for the weekend my man and I and we immediately had issues. While the workers are nice, the room we were in the air wouldn’t stay on so they gave us a different room the next night which was much better. The tv is old school and you can’t catch enough channels. Needs to be remodeled and updated. Bathrooms also.. stayed 3 nights.. wouldn’t stay again unless updated. Staff was nice though!!!

We arrived late in the evening after a LSU football game , (but still within the “check in” timeframe which he said was from 3pm-2am (yet on Expedia it says 3pm-anytime) the clerk said they only had one of our previously booked and paid for 2 rooms available. When we argued it was unacceptable given the fact it had been booked multiple days prior and paid for he stated there was nothing he could do and that there were no rooms available. Once I provided my receipt showing both rooms charged and requested to speak with management he suddenly found a way to accommodate our 2 rooms even though he doubled down several times there were none available. Once in the room there was sever water damage clearly visible in multiple areas , the drain part of the bathtub had been removed but never replaced with visible mold growing around the exposed drainage area and into the corner of the tub.
