when checking in, the lady at front desk was nasty. She asked me why I had a handicap room, I stated it was all that was left on booking website for a king bed option, she then proceeded to tell me well I have someone else coming in that needs it possibly, I’m giving you a queen bed. I started I had paid extra for a king, she said well I don’t have a king, you can go somewhere else with your booking. I was shocked at the response and how she handled the situation. She stated she doesn’t have any kings and our room we had booked was given away. It wasn’t a big deal but it was how the situation was handled. We were put in a bottom level from the lobby where there was a loud “lobby party” happening for about an hour. The bed was also extremely hard. Not comfy at all.
