Could use some updating
Needs some updating, walked into a 65 degree room when it was snowing outside. It was cold so had to reset the temperature only to hear a crazy loud heater all night long. The hotel was not horrible but it could use some maintenance and updating for sure.

Friendly Staff and Every Amenity We Needed
We checked in late in the evening for an overnight stay, and this hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The staff was friendly, the breakfast had plenty of options, and the gym onsite was perfect for what I needed.

Should've stayed at Holiday Inn
Our bathroom had a bunch of dark hair all over the floor and in the tub which was gross. Cleanliness wasn't there. Beds were fine but not super comfortable. Breakfast was meh gonna be real - eggs were rubber, sausage was decent, pancakes were meh. Overall, won't be staying here again. Should've stayed at the Holiday Inn 5 min. away!

We stood there for 30 minutes waiting to check in, they only had one older lady trying to help people and she wasnt very fast with the computer. Our room was completely out of shampoo and it was very loud in the whole hotel.

We canceled. The dog fees were not stated in making the reservation and we were told at check--in that the fee was $60. We have a 22-lb. non-allergenic quiet dog. On this cross-country vacation, NO hotel has charged that much! The place was under construction, which was tolerable; however, the hallway lights did not work on our floor. It was dark. There was no maintenance staff on duty and no manager. Upon our insistence, the desk clerk called the manager. He said the dog fees were stated on their website. We didn't look at that, because we booked on Hotels.com. Finally, our reservation was canceled and our money refunded. We directly made a reservation at another hotel for the night. And, last night. I am hesitant to make Hotels.com for the remaining week of our vacation.

I had a wonderful trip to Sevier County but came home to a bad surprise. The hotel over-billed me and refused to acknowledge their obvious error. Their refusal meant that I spent many hours trying to resolve this with OneKey, Hilton, and my credit card.

The room smelled like there was an animal living in there before we arrived like manure or there was a litter box in there for a long time. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and the snack machine was empty

The property is very conveniently located off the freeway and walkable to a few restaurants. The bed was comfortable. I was happy to have a microwave and gym available. The property accepts pets so you might want to ask if your next-door neighbor has a pet. I will stay here again

Friendly Staff, Air filters are important
Our room waa clean and well maintained but obviously had a heavy smoker in it. The residual smell of stale cigarettes. Leaving windows open or replacing air folters would help The staff was amazing
