Once we checked in, I noticed food on the desk area, on the bar area and food was stuck inside of the refrigerator. I went down to the front desk. She took notes and saved it for her manager. Shortly after my family and I left to go out for dinner. When we returned back to the room I noticed that the carpet had red stains throughout the floor( I took pictures). We didn’t notice the floors before because we didn’t turn the lights on. We just dropped our bag off and headed back out. I went back down to front desk and showed her thr pictures. She took more notes and told me to me to talk to the manager in the morning. Before checking out I spoke to the manager ( he was rude) he said he can’t help since I booked through a third party. I would like to receive some of my money back since I had to clean a room more than normal because I was told they didn’t have house keeping that day so that was way my room didn’t seem clean.

My experience at country inn was terrible the rooms had a bad odor to them had a lot of ants problem and the hallways and a bad odor will never book from them again

We stayed 2 nights. The first night we stayed in the room right across from the elevator and the house keeping supply room ! It was loud all night long, that bathroom sink had a very slow drain and one of the wash cloths were stained. There was also a stain on the top covers. The second night per my request we moved to another room. The elevator was very questionable, to the point that I’d rather just walk up and down three flights of stairs. The carpet was very stained as if it had never been cleaned, there was stains on furniture as if it havent been wiped down, there were no shower bars to hang the towels but this set of towels and wash cloths were actually clean so I probably shouldn’t complain too much! They couldn’t pay ME to stay there again. The one positive thing I would say is that the staff was nice.

The bed was okay but the pillows were flat and horrible. We literally had no neck support at all. The covers on the bed were old and you could tell they had just washed them because they were not straightened out on the bed. Second, we went out for dinner and when we returned we could not get back in the room. We stopped the lady with the broken toe and she said well they check ID’s after the first day but we had paid for 2 days so there is no reason to have our keys deactivated. She took them to the service desk to get them reactivated and we thought she would be bringing them back to us. No, we waited for 4 hours and I had to walk down to get the keys. The guy was really busy and that is why I Did not get upset. The service there was great and employees were very friendly.

After the initial check-in there wasn't anybody at the front desk when you needed them. Went out on Saturday afternoon nobody at the desk to let know tub draining slow. Had to wait about 5 minutes to check out Sunday morning no one at the desk. Besides that trip was good
